Returns & Refunds Policy
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Goods
Instead of returning faulty items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint, so we try to reduce this where we can.
To be eligible for a full refund on incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please email email@example.com or complete the contact form on our website HERE. Please include the order number and a description of the issue complete with pictures. After that, you can either keep the item, or you may want to donate it.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund on faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.
If approved, you will be notified via email and a refund processed. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
Please be aware that in most cases, the refund is processed as a reversal, meaning the original payment will disappear from your account/credit card statement entirely and the balance will reflect as though the charge never occurred. If you check your bank or credit card statement the original charge should no longer be visible on your statement (a separate credit is not issued).
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we will happily offer a credit note in the form of an eGift Card. Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit note for change of mind.
Byron Babies Apparel is happy to offer credit notes in the form of eGift Cards for online orders that are in original (unworn) condition, with original packaging and labels attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been worn, we cannot process the item.
Using the subject title ‘RETURNS’ please include the order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
Byron Babies Apparel will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of domestic or international purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note (eGift card).
If approved, you will be notified and an eGift Card will be issued by email for the full or partial value of the returned item/s.
